Chicken Gyoza : Gyoza soup with soy milk, Japanese style

Ingredients

  •     5 Gyoza
  •     100 g Chinese cabbage cut into strips
  •     Vegetables (eg soy, carrot, zucchini)
  •     25 cl of Japanese broth or chicken broth
  •     10 cl of soy milk
  •     1 tbsp soy sauce
  •     10 g lightly grilled white sesame
  •     1 tbsp chopped leeks

Preparation

Step 1
Heat the Japanese broth
Step 2
Add the chopped vegetables, gyoza and soy sauce
Step 3
Add toasted sesame and soy milk and cook gently
Step 4
Decorate with chopped leeks.
