and  all the necessary amount of oil and water integrated  into the frozen  batter. 

No need to add oil or  water! 

Suitable for high volume preparations on the bratt pan, with consistent quality every time. 

Results in authentic Japanese gyoza with crispy gyoza 'wings'.
