Chicken Gyoza : Gyoza soup with Thai curry

Ingredients

  • 5 gyoza
  • 1/6 Bell pepper cut into strips
  • 100 g (2 leaves) Chinese cabbage cut into strips
  • 3 cm zucchini cut into strips
  • 25 cl of chicken broth
  • 10 cl of coconut milk
  • 1 tbsp curry powder
  • Lemon
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Preparation

Step 1
Heat the chicken broth
Step 2
Add the chopped vegetables and curry powder and continue cooking for a few seconds.
Step 3
Add the gyoza and cook gently
Step 4
Add coconut milk and boil lightly
Step 5
Serve with lemon
